From quotation to repeat orders
Quotation
We send a request with the specification or drawing, quantity breaks and the target lead time.
Samples
Made to drawing. Samples are approved by the Shenzhen team and the brand owner in the US.
Trial order
The first order is a trial order that proves production consistency and packaging.
Production
Scheduled against the purchase order, inspected in Shenzhen to the standard before shipment.
Repeat orders
Factories that pass inspection join the approved list and receive scheduled orders.

Inspection
Inspected to the drawing, judged to the standard
Goods are inspected in Shenzhen against the drawing and the inspection standard before shipment. For a rejected lot the factory provides its root cause, corrective action and a response date. The drawing attached to the purchase order is the specification.
